Summary of Experience:

Michelle joined Equal in 2015 to provide a range of services in human resources. Michelle has comprehensive experience of over 20 years in human resources management and currently specialises in recruitment. She has worked as an internal Recruitment Officer at AMP Society and as a Human Resources Consultant for both the private and public sector. While working at Centacom she managed the Victoria Park branch and achieved great success with placement of both casual and permanent staff in administration, secretarial and accounting roles. She has significant experience in providing consultancy services to the public sector in both recruitment and classification.

Michelle's human resources experience includes recruitment and selection from Levels 1-8 in the public sector, large pool recruitment processes involving shortlisting, attending interviews, preparing interview documentation, write up of selection reports and conducting referee checks, creating job descriptions and developing an organisational structure for the administration of a small business, consulting to clients on human resource issues and providing advice to public sector employees on preparing job applications and interview skills.

Over the past ten years Michelle has been consulting primarily to the West Australian public sector and her experience has been focused on human resources.
