Summary of Experience:

Pauline joined Equal in 2015 and has a recruitment and human resource consulting background spanning 19 years with some of Australia's most high-profile agencies. She has specialised in managing search and selection processes for the recruitment of a wide variety of administrative, management, executive, project support and specialist staff across a range of industries in the private and public sectors.

Over the past nine years Pauline has focused specifically on managing recruitment and selection processes for WA Public Sector agencies. This has comprised providing the full spectrum of selection services for positions ranging from Level 2 into the SES. She has composed advertising copy, designed recruitment methodologies, assessed applications for individual and pool positions, developed interview questions and other assessment tools and strategies, participated in and chaired selection panels, conducted referee assessments, written factual, evidence-based selection reports and provided feedback to applicants. A large component of her work specifically in WA State Government recruitment and selection has been in the provision of advice and guidance to clients and applicants around the legislative and policy requirements set out by the WA Public Sector Management Act.

Pauline has been a major provider of recruitment services to the Perth Children's Hospital Project on behalf of the Department of Treasury and Department of Health over a four year period. This has comprised the management of selection processes for project managers at various levels, as well as executive-level managers, specialised technical staff, information technology professionals, communication and public relations staff, administrative personnel and procurement and training specialists.
