Georgina Shepherd has either been employed in, or consulted to, the WA and Commonwealth public sectors in a human resources and stakeholder relations capacity for over 20 years. Georgina has worked across State and Commonwealth governments, parliament, and the business, academic and community sectors. She is an experienced consultant, trainer and facilitator. Over the past fifteen years consulting to the Western Australian and Commonwealth public sectors Georgina's expertise has been focussed in the areas of human resources, stakeholder relations and capacity building.

Georgina has a solid and proven track record in the provision of human resources management services to a wide range of private and public sector organisations. These services have included:
• selection and recruitment services for Tribunals, Boards, Committees and Executive search
• selection and recruitment services for Graduate Programs and multi position processes
• stakeholder, customer and staff consultation in service alignment
• review of human resource policies and public sector training needs
• workshop facilitation for organisational performance measurement and performance indicator development.

Georgina has project managed many large scale and team recruitment strategies to build capacity, enhance business performance or enable service re-alignment since 2003 and has successfully undertaken numerous recruitment projects for a range of different organisations over this period. An important element of these recruitment processes is gaining an understanding of the role, context, desired culture and business direction of the client. Georgina's approach is to develop consultative, collaborative relationships with clients, to apply efficient, innovative recruitment strategies to attract and select quality candidates. Georgina has worked closely with executive, senior and team management to ensure that recruitment decisions support successful outcomes.
