Summary of Experience:
A qualified Organisational Psychologist and Independent Consultant since 1995 (and with Equal since 1998), Carmel provides organisation development consulting and human resource management services; facilitation; training and development; and evaluation services, to government and private sector. Carmel draws on a broad-based industry and business background, including mining and resources, state and local government, small business and not-for-profit organisations.
